Pivot
Energy, Inc. (Pivot Energy), a Delaware corporation, was founded with the mission
to construct, own, and operate renewable energy facilities
with the primary focus being on ethanol and biodiesel production.
Pivot
Energy plans to use a phased approach to develop, construct,
and operate ethanol production facilities in the United
States.
Phase
1
Pivot Energy is currently executing this phase of its business
plan. In this initial phase, Pivot Energy plans to build
three, 55 million gallon per year nameplate (grain) ethanol
production facilities. The first facility will be in Sunray,
Texas. This phase will give Pivot Energy a total annual
production capability of approximately 190million gallons
per year (*1) of renewable fuels.
Phase
2
In the second phase, Pivot Energy will expand its three
initial facilities to 110 million gallons per year each.
This will give Pivot Energy a total annual production capability
of approximately 380 million gallons per year of renewable
fuels.
Phase
3
In the third phase, Pivot Energy will analyze the viability
and maturity of cellulose ethanol and biodiesel production.
Pivot Energy will then compare grain ethanol to cellulose
ethanol and biodiesel and determine which types of plants
to construct in Phase three (3). Pivot Energy will then
construct additional renewable energy production facilities
with the capability to produce 120 million gallons per year
of renewable fuels. This will give Pivot Energy a total
annual production capability of approximately 500 million
gallons per year of renewable fuels.
*1
– A Nameplate 55 million gallon per year facility
should produce approximately 63 million gallons per year.
